Since launching in November 2025, TOLO has grown from an idea into a production line turning out around 200 units per day at our facility in Addis Ababa. It is Ethiopia’s first locally manufactured induction stove.

TOLO brings clean, efficient, flame-free cooking to Ethiopian households, restaurants and institutions. The range runs from compact single-burner household models to heavy-duty 8 kW commercial units built for high-volume kitchens. Manufacturing locally creates Ethiopian jobs, reduces import dependency, and keeps prices within reach of the families who need clean cooking most.
Next on the roadmap: international quality and safety certification (VeraSol verification and IEC 60335), and financing partnerships with Ethiopian financial institutions so that TOLO is available nationwide.
